Industrial Workforce Program
A recent success at Southwest Indian Foundation has been our Industrial Workforce Program (IWP). We train residents of the Greater Gallup area, who struggle with finding meaningful employment, in basic skill sets and assist with job placement within the community.

Not only are they trained in areas such as heavy equipment operations, electrical work, welding and more, but also equally important and necessary OSHA safety processes, financial literacy, and application and interview skills. The result: adults with marketable skills and a chance to succeed.

IWP partners with local businesses to grow the Greater Gallup community by increasing the population of skilled workers in the area. Please consider a contribution to help us give a hand to those determined to improve their lives and become valuable members of the community.
